Applicable fees to be paid online i.e For General Caste: Rs. 200; S.T/S.C/O.B.C : Rs. 100/- *
On successful payment of processing fees, you will be redirected to successful page. Successful page contains your application and payment details.

Print out of successful application page
D.O.B Certificate, Highest Education, Domicile Certificate self attested
Passport Size Pics : 2 Nos.
